Does anyone know if Tulare will be shown live via webcast tonight? Wish we could be there but homework and studying prevails.
Thanks,
June

Video streaming requires a lot of bandwith and a progression of trunk lines to handle a lot of bandwidth. One wonders if California is so overloaded with online video game and movie-watching bandwidth hogs (compared to, say, Indiana) that it's just more difficult to uplink from relative rural (and narrow trunk) locations like Perris and Tulare. Naylor's setup in urban Ventura seems to work most of the time.

For those hard cores.
If you are hard up to listen to some sprint car racing.
Racin Boys has sound only ASCS from southern New Mexico.
Sammy
The Dude
Kyle Larson
And others are there.
Including the King.

USAC is posting updates via Twitter, however, they have not answered my question regarding the live stream.

I don't remember USAC ever guaranteeing that you could watch the races on the web. I consider myself lucky when I get to watch a race that I am unable to attend. This technology is fairly new, and there is bound to be problems. Five years ago, you could not have even dreamed of watching a sprint car race if you weren't there. If you want to be guaranteed to see a race, suck it up, buy a ticket, and go! If you can't, then get over it!

usac's a big name in racing but with poor promotions, lack of coverage on tv or even live steaming how are they planning to grow the sport ? OH i forgot "it's free". How many seconds of coverage do you think they will get on Wind Tunnel tonight ? Well in a few short years after PAS and Tulare are turned into shopping malls, you might be able to go into the parking lot some Sunday afternoon and watch lawnmower races, it will be free.
