JD Porter just let me know that Billye called & let him know that Charley fell off a carport he was taking down and broke his hip this afternoon. He is in Presbyterian Hospital and should have surgery tomorrow.

I just left the hospital the surgery went fine. They put a plate in and screwed it down. Dr said he should be able to go home in next few days. I am sure everyone hopes all goes well. He is in room522 at old Presb. or as it is now called OU health center.
