Just curious if there are any race going Dudes or Dudettes that are bikers on the board here? Anyone biking to K'Ville, or Osky this coming week? I know it is out of vogue to show up at a dirt track in something other than a pickup truck, suv, motorhome, school bus converted into a camper,,,,Smile. Even if you are not into biking here is a completely over the top M/C adventure of a Bama guy going around the world on an old '62 HD hardtail, panhead. Some really neat pictures in this thread! Talk about one tough Hombre'!!! He is currently going across Mongolia, and Siberia!

yep. not till Friday though. by the way is there a parking spot for motorcycles? was going to a couple weeks ago with my 9 year old daughter but here in central MO in the 90's with high humidity decided to ride in air-condition instead then a cool front came through and was really nice for the races. Sorry folks, not the biker type here..........(cant afford a Harley), but if you wanna see bikes, this is the week to do it, as the Sturgis bike rally is in full bloom as we speak here in the great state of South Dakota. There are literally thousands of bikes heading through the state each and every day!

Larry,

At Knoxville there is a barn directly west , about 100 yards away,of the pit shack (were the track 4 wheelers park) with concrete floor with plenty of room. Or right under the grandstand next to the pit shack sign in,concrete. Not much room to turn around if you have a bigger bike though.

Osky. Only gravel area on the south of were the ticket office is. A few shade tress to park under if you get there early enough.

You wussed out. I rode down to LOS about 4-5 weeks ago. It was only 100+ all the way down all the way back! Yes biking IS fun!!!
