Jeremy Elloitt asked Brad Sweet in his recent Deep Dive interview about the All Stars return and Brad all but confirmed an annoucement is coming. Plus I hear a certain Northen Ohio promoter is contacting drivers about getting commitments. This should be interesting to see what comes about. Face it the All Star name draws and without it big traditional All Star weekends at Fremont, Attica and OH Speedweek crowds werre not close to being the same. Going to get a little crowded between All Stars, FAST and OVSCA series trying scheduing in Ohio.

I loved the all-stars but IMO there's already too many sanctions and it hurts weekly 410 tracks.

It will be interesting to hear who will run the All-Stars as far as race director. Who is the person behind the resurection of this series anyone know?

Weekly racing > Series racing. Hands down. All these series are starting pull from local and if they keep paying more and more it will only get worse. Then your just a few consolidations from having NASCAR 2.0 where you get one to two race weekends a year in your back yard otherwise they are off traveling the country. Really hope Knoxville upping the purse on the back end gets more locals to run. Let the top dogs go chase money and hopefully we can get some fresh blood winning. But if they can't get new cars then our future of weekly racing doesnt look as good.

Agreed, unfortunatley it seems the fans only want to come out when the sanctions are in town anymore. Knoxville had strong car counts this year so I think they will be OK for at least a few years. Other weekly tracks are hurting for cars and fans.

Apparently the FAST series was asked about a merger and Aaron Fry turned it down? Until we see a schedule it's hard to speculate about who will race where especially in Ohio.

From what Aaron posted on socials the other day, it wasn't a merger request. They asked him to cease operations with FAST and join up as Race Director. All statements and actions subject to individual interpretation, of course.

Thanks for clearing that up. It will be interesting to see who schedules dates for either organization.

Like everything else it'll come down to money.... whichever series can present their shows with less sanction fees probably gets the nod.

Does FAST have a streaming deal? It would seem that the All-Stars are allready ahead of the game with being on Flo.

FAST and its sister series, BOSS, both stream on The Cushion (or at least have for the past couple of seasons). The exception was last year's OH Speedweek which was split between Flo and DV while still running under FAST sanction.
