Will be attending the Nationals for the first time this year and just finding out that we did not get a camper spot at Van Donsler's place. Anybody have any other good nearby suggestions or info? Are there shuttles that go by any of the other campgrounds?

Try Marion Couny North Campgrounds, I heard just this last weekend (while I was actually in the Campgrounds) that they had some National Campers make some cancellations. Good Luck

With gas prices the way they are currently and the possibility of them being higher by August, I'd imagine there could be a few campsite cancellations. It would cost a small fortune to tow a 5th wheel from halfway accross the country. Might be worth putting yourself on a waitlist at the north campground.

Isn't dealing with Van Donsler's great? Welcome to the 19th century. Send an application and money through the mail and wait until June or July to find out if you've got a spot........................................that's as good as we can do in 2022? I'm done dealing with that clown.
Anyways, I agree with an earlier response. I would think there will be spots opening up in the North Campground. Call the track directly and ask. Good luck!

What happens at Eldora? If it happens there probably happens other places. I was just asking. There's down time between races and she's wants to have a week of partying, if anyone knows or is interested let me know
