Kinda surprised they didn't just do a rain date for outlaws tomorrow since they are gonna be in the general area on Monday as well. Not like the next race was 8 hours away or something

I always liked it when they had the PA swing over Memorial day weekend. It just seemed right.
Then Charlotte had to get involved.

Are they even allowed to race at Knoxville Saturday? Isnt there a rule stating they can't race somewhere else within 48 hours of another scheduled event

They have the go ahead to run Knoxville. Already seen multiple WoO trailers passing through town. How many make the trip I am not sure.

The kicker is that the track has to also host a WoO event (ie, put some sactioning fees in their pocket). There is no use of their "property" for free, unless there is expressed written consent. Extra laps (25 total) and $$$ (5k to win) ... free track time ... weather looks good... should be a good show.

What's your point?
There's not many local shows that wouldn't have a podium of WoO if more than 3 outlaws show up. The Knoxville crowd is spoiled that the WoO drivers want to run there whenever they can regardless of whether its a WoO show or not.
