As of right now I plan to attend all of them (Port most likely on Saturdays. Still trying to figure out how to be two places as once.....). Should be fun. Hopefully all of the shows are well supported by the teams as well. Central PA is a great place to live if you're a sprint car fan.

This is why so many of us Midwest fans are upset about Badlands move to Saturday nights. Could of had a lot of 3 night weekends like you guys if Badlands stayed with Sunday night 410 racing. Yes, the tracks are further apart but us die hards would have loved to see NSL shows 3 nights in a row several times this summer!

Badlands is over 300 miles from Knoxville. To put that into perspective, Sharon Speedway is 270 miles from Williams Grove. If Sharon started running Sunday sprint shows, would we be calling that a 3 day sprint weekend?

Yes . it is good to be a fan in Central Pa . Many choices exist ,only so many cars , great tracks , great racing and yes I wish Sharon would go to Sunday but may not get enough support from Ohio guys. Hope this crazy weather stabilizes once and for all soon , so that we all can enjoy  racing . But of all the tracks Susquehanna right now needs fan and car support , Scott has really done alot to bring it above par.

I admit I'm truly blessed and am thankful to live close to so  many dirt tracks!!

From my casa, it's a 5 minute drive to the Grove, 15 to Susky, 30 to Lincoln, and 55 to both Port and Selinsgrove. I say to heck with curfews....let's do cinco on Cinco de Mayo!!!!   Smile

You are indeed blessed - and don't forget it. It's 3 hours to the closest one for me - Port.

I'd trade any single one of them on their worst night over staying at home.

I lived in Dillsburg for 6 racing season months a few years ago while working a construction job. You've probably never heard this before, nor will again, but to me, Dillsburg was heaven Smile.

When thats all the tracks you have running 410 sprints weekly, thats what you have. I work 2nd shift. No weekends. I can go from Knoxville to Badlands, drive home and have plenty of time before I need to go to work at 5 pm Monday.

I said "could have had a lot of 3 night weekends". I never said 100 fans would travel to all 3. Each track would get it's normal crowd plus those of us who want to travel and love sprints enough to do it. The guy I sit with at Knoxville travels from Kansas City every Saturday just for the races. Drives back home Saturday night. Look it up and see how far that is!

You obviously have no idea how much I travel to see sprint car racing.

Don't know the geography well enough to comment on Saron Speedway in conjunction with the other PA tracks.....but I do know that the 300 miles between Knoxville and Badlands is a mute point......it's the fans within the 120-150 mile radius of each track that now can only choose to go to one rather than two on Saturday night. That particular area between the two tracks holds a lot of solid sorint car fans. Believe me, having lived here all my life there are a lot of fans that would have done both, and with Jackson now on Friday, a good number would have done the trifecta. If neither Knoxville or Badlands suffer form short car counts and can draw the fans and succeed....that'll be great. Again, we are about to find out.

No, they ALL need support. Susquehanna doesn't need it any more or any less than Williams Grove, Lincoln, Port Royal, Selinsgrove or anywhere else.

Right , but Scott just a little boost for right now to get him going , but also Selinsgrove  needs a little luck with the weather , so they can get going as well .
