Ok maybe that wasn't the best choice of words lol. "Fans" it is. Either way, I get sick of hearing people always saying "take the wings off!" If there were no such thing as traditional sprint cars, then yeah I could see where they're coming from but they exist and even here in Central Pa where winged sprints are king, we have ARDC midgets who tour the area & wingless Super Sportsmen running regularly at Path Valley. Sure that may not quite compare to the stars that run with USAC and the extremely talented field of wingless sprint who run locally in Indiana but at least it's something and speaking of USAC we have the Eastern Storm series which seems to be growing every year and this past season, we got treated to some awesome USAC midget racing which I hope becomes an annual occurrence.
