HoservilleOhio , Global Speedway Tours from Sydney,Au. & Stubb Racing will host the 45th annual "Petey" at the Stubb's sparkling "new " Palace! Space will be limited so 1st sign-ups will play. Should have a field of 24 or so... We'll be at the same spot, across from the showers. We'll begin taking sign ups Fri. Hopefully we can start around 1or so Sat afternoon. If ya don't play, stop over say Hi & meet folk. Any of you guys remember when we had the meet & greet? I know i got to meet some of ya there!!! Any questions, put 'em on here or contact me or the Mrs. down there on Fri.

Petey was a long time Hoser who went from a fan to a favorite of many of us Hosers. He lived in IL (pretty sure) but would show up all over the place, a real fan who loved talking about and watching sprint cars, often he would take his Dad with him. Never said a bad/negative word about anyone and only saw the good in things, we lost him a half dozen years ago if my fading memory is working today. He was a regular contributor but in the Golden Days of this forum....

Very kind words Mike......thanx! Petey could talk about who finished 5th at L_berg 5 yes ago & I'd be trying to remember who won the nite before!!! His dad should be with us that weekend. Always a good time & a way to remember a close friend
