MSCS WILL BE RACING AT LINCOLN PARK SPEEDWAY ON JULY 3rd

Haubstadt, IN - June 30, 2015 - The Hoosier Tire Midwest Sprint Car
Series will be appearing at the Lincoln Park Speedway in Putnamville,
IN, Friday night July 3rd. The series will be the featured
attraction for day one of the First Annual Bill Gardner Sprintacular.
The 30 lap feature that night will pay $4,000 to win! With sprint
cars running at the track on both Friday and Saturday it will be the
race place to be for open wheel fans. The weekend events are being
held in honor of the founder of Indiana Open Wheel.com. The web site
continues in keeping racing enthusiasts all across the Hoosier state
and beyond enlightened and informed.

Chase Stockon is the most recent MSCS feature winner. His win at
Tri-State Speedway on June 27th moved him into a tie for fifth on the
All Time Winners List. It was also his second of the season in the
series. The other win came at Lincoln Park Speedway to begin the
2015 season. That race was the Indiana Open wheel.com Racin’ Fest
which also paid $4,000 to win.

Brady Short continues to lead the Midwest Sprint Car Series points
standings. He is looking to win a second series title. He took the
Championship back in 2011 and was the runner-up to Kyle Cummins last
season. Short already has four feature victories this season.
Thomas Meseraull joins Stockon as past MSCS winners at Lincoln Park
Speedway this season.

Carson Short is currently the closest rival for the 2015 MSCS
Championship. He is now 33 points behind Brady Short after cutting
the lead by 5 points with a third place feature finish at Haubstadt.
The last three races Carson has finished third, second, and fifth.
He is setting his sites on that first win.

The Midwest Sprint Car schedule is just half completed. Ten of
twenty races have been held. The second half of the season holds a
lot of promise. Most of the purses for these races exceed the
standard $2,000 to win pay-off. On August 1st Tri-State Speedway
will once again host the Hoosier Sprint Nationals paying $5,000 to
win.

Robert Ballou is currently third in series points. He has two
runner-up feature finishes and five top fives this season. A list of
the remaining top ten in points here at mid-season include veteran
Jon Stanbrough, 2014 Rookie of the Year James Lyerla, four time and
defending champion Kyle Cummins, and rookie Brandon Morin along with
Chase Stockon, Jeff Bland Jr., and Donny Brackett.

Fans who attend the weekly races at Lincoln Park Speedway have
watched regulars race hard week after week. In seven regular shows
there have been 5 different winners. Chad Boespflug has the most
victories with three LPS wins. Fifteen different drivers have had
podium finishes. Therein is the challenge waiting as MSCS visits
Lincoln Park for the third time this season. Don’t miss this newest
race on the schedule. Racing begins a seven o’clock and this one is
on Friday night.
