It might snow this evening or a space ship could land on the track during the feature! Fan safety first.......... E-Mods.

Please do not blame Lincoln or USAC for this. This sounds like it was all Bob Miller.

In fairness to Bob, the humidity is above 50% which would definitely lead to some uncomfort in the stands and in the pits and who needs that?

Just hang tight, I'm sure Bob Altman will log on shortly to set the record straight and tell us all how incredible Bob Miller is.

What about being fair to all the teams whom towed from Indy to race? When you promot a race like this, drag 15 pluse teams 7oo miles, you do everything you can to run the race!!! This would have been a great race tonight!! The track would have been just what the Dr. ordered!!!

Maybe they should change the name, perhaps that is scaring them away "Eastern Storm"?
It is a shame as I would say this is the final straw for a USAC tour out east in the future.

My post was sarcasm Hambone. It's completely ridiculous to cancel so early with a good forecast. Especially when he has all of the ticket money from last year.

You need a new promoter, or the tracks to simply bring them in w/o an outside promoter.

posse soil is witnessing the last gasps of old guard promotion at nearly every facility (except Port / Kutztown IMO)...if these people are too stupid to see the defined generational shift in how their idiot moves are perceived, redistrubuted / interpeted / received thru social media...then we all might take a close look at what happened at Hagerstown as it is spreading northward.
Look at the ticket booth...and wait till car owners and fans stop attending because of crappy track prep / poor racing product is one way to pave the future of a "special events only" schedule.
thefirstturn said E Mods...It may already be too late for that!
