The weather forecast for Friday at Moberly is not the best.   A high percentage of the "R" word.   Is there anyone that lives in this area that can help with the weather forecast?   I know that here in Kansas City that the ground is completely saturated.   Any additional moisture will be hard for the track to adapt to.    Also, I have only been to Moberly once.   How much rain can the pits withstand.   With the track being such a high banked track and the pits in the infield, I am afrid it could get ugly fast.

Thanks

Jon

I'm about halfway between KC and Moberly. I've been looking forward to this race since NSL scheduled it, but it's not looking good. We're totally waterlogged here, and there's an 80% chance of rain, off and on, until Saturday morning.

I was going to make a 3 1/2 hour drive from Iowa. But the national weather service at 3pm today had 70% chance of rain thurs night, friday and friday night till about 11pm. Said thunderstorms LIKELY and some possibly severe. Not looking good.

The pit area can not handle alot of water.  Here it two links to watch for info. I do the website so they should let me know as soon as they know.
