Had to make a tweak. Forgot someone and had to take another guy out. Oops.

Because when I think of Stevie Smith, I don't view him as a PA guy. So used to him being on the road, and he only ran 22 times a year ago.
Smith has 68 World of Outlaws wins and was on the road for the bulk of his career. Plus, he lives in Oklahoma. I know he is from here and races on a part-time basis for a local car owner, but the lines seem to get a little blurred when it comes to what drivers PA claims.
One PA Posse fan, well many, say born and raised is the criteria. Well, Hodnett was born in Tennessee and is Outlaw educated. Runs for a local team now and has for a while, It's all subjective.
Regardless, I listed him as a PA guy.
