No, I just realize we need other countries to buy our products and we need to buy some of thiers. Since xxx chassis are winnig in Pa they must work pretty good. If some teams can' t get a few components cheaper they may stop racing. Being able to get a cheaper  chassis that works may keep some owners racing sprint cars rather buying a ping pong table and taking up that sport.

Like I said, people in other countries buy stuff made in the USA over stuff made locally. Those countries have not been ruined by that. Buying american cloths has not caused the British to stop playing soccer or cricket and start playing baseball.

Read my other post, my Dad put his life on the line for the USA. I love america as much as anyone. But I know if the whole world decides to be like you and only buy products built in thier country our economy will collapse.

Your beloved ford sells a lot of cars oversees. And make a lot of money doing that. But by your standards that is wrong. People should only buy cars built in thier own country.

Go sell someone a car and give them a good screwing doing it like all car salesmen.

Are you sure you're not just covering up some guilt for being involved with unAmerican cars?  People tell me things were best in the 1950s before we fell in love with everyone else's junk.  You are as tough as a Kamikaze pilot though.  I'll give you that.

American chassis builders have a huge Pacific Ocean shipping advantage over Triplejunk. Why don't they just offer the option of $2000 frame made from wholesale chinese tubing?

Because you can't trust chinese dog food much less mil-spec chromoly tubing?

Don't bring poor little puppies into this Cubic.  That's where I draw the line.  Our great great grandchildren will never pay back the debt from handing all the commies our money but puppy dogs deserve better tooSmile

I'm glad people in other countries do not think like you. Take away all the money that comes into this country from what we export and watch our economy take a massive s..t!  It would make the great depression look like a holiday at Disneyland!

Wasn't the ford escort the biggest selling car wordwide at one time? Where would ford be without those sales to people in other countries???  Countries that had car factories that built and sold their own models.

It is a WORLD ECONOMY!

I'm sure you will have a stupid rebuttle to this, I would not expect anything else from a car salesman.

Was the Ford Escort the best selling car in the world?   I only find that hard to imagine because Ford front wheel drive cars were such a piece of shit.    I won't apologize for buying Toyotas, Hondas, and now Hyundais.    If GM, Ford, and Chrysler wanted me to buy their front wheel drive cars, then they should have built better ones.

And cubes thinks xxx chassis are junk but they still sell a lot of them.

Worked at GM & Mopar dealerships. I have owned 3 chevys, 2 plymouths and 1 olds. Currently own a chevy hhr. Thats all the cars I have ever owned in my life.

Got in a lot of Ford parts at the body shop that said " made in Canada". Guess you don't mind canadian built stuff just japanese built stuff cause you blame the current japanese people for WW2

In the 1950s the US exported a lot more than we imported. People all around the world bought american made products. The 1950s would have been sh*tty times if people in other countries were protectionists like you.

Maybe if Detroit had not insisted on continuing to build big gas guzzling cars in the 70s when oil prices went up and the oil embargo hit the small, higher gas mileage japanese cars would never have gained in popularity like they did!

Call me just about anything you want, but if you want to really insult me call me a car salesman.

Over the years I worked with probably 40 or more different car salesmen at the dealerships I worked at. Not one was anywhere close to honest. One wanted me to patch some rust holes in a quarter panel on a trade in. Heard him tell customers all we did was paint some rock chips. They were all that way. Every one. I could tell you thousands more stories like that. Tell any lie to sell a car. Don't like stereotypes but I'm going to believe the stereotype of the crooked car salesman till I meet an honest one.
