Regular scheduled 360 and 410 sprint car racing in Florida is non-existent in the Sunshine State. It appears that the Florida DOT will not permit race haulers to proceed through the scales without commercial registration paperwork and logs. Many race teams do not have such registration and in the rest of the contigeuos US DOT are not requiring them. How is this going to affect the special shows in February that are scheduled at the Florida tracks? USCS and ASCS are seriuosly considering throwing in the towel and it is doubtful that the fall special 360 sprint shows will now occur. How will WoO and ASCoT react?

You don't mean to tell me that there are law enforcement prople in Florida as militant as in Marion County, Iowa?

One thing about the DOT is they answer to no one.

They make their own "rules" and are appointed rather than elected.

I would do what I do, pester their bosses on Capitol Hill until they either grow up or retire lol lol lol
