Hi All,

Recently stepped out of Formula 500's here is AUS, (Micro Sprints) and now preparing to have a run at 410's.

I wanted to know what size chassis I should be looking for being 6 foot 6, just to make sure I can adjust for leg room etc, head room should be ok, but I'm mostly legs lol. There seem to be a lot of 88/40 chassis, would this be ok to adjust?

Planning to go into a Maxim chassis.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks, Dan.

You will probably need a big boy chassis beings you are 6'6" tall. They are also a 88/40.

Cool Chassis from Australia are made with 2" more height. Shane Stewart is running them on the Woo trail.

My brother is 6'5 with a two inch tall 88/40 J&J and loves it... Has a lot of head room below the top.

I'm 6'4" and very tall in the torso.  I had a tall J&J 1" in front and 2" in rear that I fit in, now I have an ex-Dale Blaney GF1.

Thanks for the replies all, gives me a bit of an idea.

Cool chassis were another one I was thinking of so thats good to know, also on the J&J and GF1.

Assuming I picked up a 88/40 maxim standard chassis, is there anythting stopping buyiny a big boy chassis and transferring all the running gear accross? (with regard to fitting issues) if anyone had seen this before, or if not I may email Maxim for an idea.

Thanks again for the comments,

Dan.
