April 11th @ 34 Raceway in Burlington, IA will be the NSL inaugural opening race and who better to help kick it off than the "King" himself, Steve Kinser.  The Farewell Tour was all about not running the Outlaws full time anymore. Steve has been saying all along he was still gonna race. That really should be clear to everyone by now one would think. But not eveybody thinks.
