COMPETITION SUSPENSION INC. REJOINS USAC/CRA, USAC WEST COAST & WESTERN MIDGET CONTINGENCY PROGRAM
PHOENIX, AZ – FEBRUARY 26, 2015… Officials with the Amsoil USAC/CRA Sprints, USAC West Coast Sprints, and Honda USAC Western Midget Series have announced that Competition Suspension Inc. has rejoined their racer contingency programs for 2015.
The Brownsburg, Indiana based company began operation in early 2009. CSI founder Garrett Andrews, who was working for Andretti-Green Racing, wanted to return to short track racing. Having also spent time as a shock specialist with Vision Racing and Rusty Wallace Racing, Andrews had a goal. Bringing in Trent Andrew, who had worked in the Benic Enterprise shock department, to assist on the twin tube program was a vital step and the rest is history. Competition Suspension's inaugural year was a very successful one with 60 feature wins and several track and series championships.
Competition Suspension uses the highest grade components, lubricants, and seals to produce the best performing shock available. On Thursday, March 5th, the USAC West Coast and SouthWest Sprints will battle at The Dirt Track at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. On Saturday, March 21st, the Honda USAC Western Midgets will invade the Bakersfield Speedway. The action packed card at “The West’s Fastest 1/3-Mile High Banked Clay Oval” will feature SportMods, American Stocks, California Lightning Sprints, RaceSaver Sprints, and HPD Midgets.
