Stewart reached a separate agreement with Rob Hunter and Shane Helms, principals of the Renegade Sprint Series, for both series to merge under the All Star Circuit of Champions banner in 2015.

The new 2015 UNOH All Star Circuit of Champions schedule will include 50 race dates. The national point fund will be more than $100,000

So far it seems that the NSL is making the right moves, and Tony buying the All Stars makes them instantly credible again.  The pressure is certainly on!

With neither of the two groups traveling nationwide currently, the market still seems there for the WoO. Not saying things won't or can't change but for now I see no real threat.

Can we expect an announcement from the Renegades that they are disbanning or merging??

I saw on Winged Nation Twitter that Path Valley will be included on the new All Star schedule,What about Grandview,Big D
and Selinsgrove it would be a bad deal for those tracks to be left out after planing their schedules for the Renegades.

Should be good news for the Grove Open if they are not going to work with the NSL that weekend.

I was thinking a couple years down the road. I see the NSL and Tony with a better chance attracting a major sponser than the WoO can. With a major sponser point fund money should increase drawing drivers from the WoO. With the ASCS headed down fast maybe MavTV and Lucas will get involved with NSL or Allstars.

I chatted with some of the Outlaw Mgmt and they seem to think that everything happening with NSL and the Allstars new ownership that the World of Outlaws will be stronger than ever.  So many 410s now and everyone of them will be getting better skill wise and absolutely can't wait to test Shatz and Pittman when they come to their home tracks.

I find it hard to believe that this wont be one of the greatest years ever in 410 sprint car racing.

I dont think that the goal for the NSL or the All Stars is to compete head to head now or in the future. I think the NSL saw an opportunity to run a series in the middle of the country and help build that region even further. All Stars have a strong following but it can be even better. In order for the outlaws to be successful they need to have the local scene to be successful. Now you have several regions with regional series as well as local tracks that have a track championship which creates opportunity. You now have the King of the West, NSL, IRA, All Stars, MOWA, Central PA so the more of the series that become successful, the better 410 racing will become. They all have to work together though in order to be successful instead of against each other and for the most part i believe they do.

Your  right  it would be bad deal if any of these  tracks lose there dates that were planned on original  Renegades schedule ? It is good that they became  one sprint  group instead of two ,but  unfortunately some tracks will lose there dates

Because USUC management is atrocious. They find new ways every year to screw up. I love non wing racing but USAC sucks.

Cheers!
