I wonder how long ? the Police & Investigators have know that the Driver of the # 13 Sprintcar Driver had Marijuana levels in him that could alter his state of mind while racing, this case should have been closed as soon as they found this out, MY HEART Goes out to Tony Stewart & ALL his Family & Friends & Race Fans for having to go through this Sad ordeal these past 45 Days. If Stewart ever races sprint cars again, no one would ever doubt his love for the sport as long as he lives.
Sprint cars have cost him a lot the past couple of years.
Kevin Ward Jr.'s family issues statement saying 'the matter is not at rest'
They don't even know how to spell sprint car
much less chromoly...http://www.ycmco.com

Sorry, but this comment from Mr. Ward doesnt sit well with me at all, "The focus should be on the actions of Mr. Stewart." I know he lost a son in all of this, and am sorry for that, but his son's actions, more so now than initially believed, also played a more significant part in his death. As a parent, he should acknowledge that at some point, but im sure the lure of a civil suit will continue his jaded slants on what the real truth is. Even the hint of intoxication causes more doubt into the decision making his son made that night, and that dosent look good for Kevin or the Ward family. Im sorry Mr. Ward, but your son having enough weed in his system to "impare his judgement" is reason enought to question your son's actions, not only that he got out of his car and chased down a moving race car on the track. To deny that is simply delusional.
