There is no phone connection for the broadcast signal tonight on Dirtvision for the All Stars. Dana tried every which way to make it work, but to no avail. I will post results here as they are called in to me.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We will be broadcasting from Hays, KS tomorrow night.

22 cars.

Its 11:00 pm EST - still no updates from anyone at Mayetta. I have no idea what the problem is...I was told I'd be getting updates after qualifying, heats, dash, B, and A. So far - nothing.

I expect 20 - 25 cars at Hays tomorrow.

Still no updates from Mayetta at 1:00 am EST. I didn't know we were under a media blackout tonight from the Plains states. I'm going to bed...guess I might possibly have some results tomorrow sometime.

Sorry...I am relying on those who are there and apparently they forgot the rest of the world is still waiting for news from the track. Tune in tomorrow for results.

I want to say that Nick Smith won the feature. I can't say for certain because we broke a jacob's ladder and I didn't see the finish.

Why didn't Blaney make the trip? Is he running at Sharon tonight?

His car owner could not get the time off to make the trip and yes, he will be at Sharon tonight from what I am told. He is supposed to make the trip to West Memphis this weekend, but that is not confirmed yet.

I guess the rest of the guys would just rather race locally in Ohio. Good for them. I for one appreciate the teams wanting to travel outside of Fremont and Attica once in a while.

hmm and you were saying on our local message board we could see several cars. 7 travelers? Somebody's gonna make some money but it won't be the promoter at Riverside.

I have been told that Blaney is supposed to be coming out to Riverside. Mintz is trying to come depending on his dad being in the hospital still. Bruce Robenalt is trying to make an effort to come out there, too - just for fun. Like I said - at Riverside you will also see some of the Midwest All Star teams. Its not much of a haul for several of them and Webb has encouraged them to show up. Riverside will be just fine. I'm just hoping for a good turnout tonight at Hays, KS! They have put a lot of promotion into this race and I hope it pays off for them.

The All Stars do not contract drivers, nor do we penalize them for not showing up (although their point fund money IS based on the number of races run). Those who wish to take home part of the $170,000 point fund at the end of the season know where they need to be. The rest must not be too concerned about season points and that is up to them.

I think alot of the fans are concerned of Pete Walton's circus taking a few of the local cars to MO.
