This is the second day of testimony in a trial that is scheduled to last 7 days. Our court reporter is handling the proceedings. I will be jumping in as well midweek to provide coverage. Here are the updates with links to previous stories on this lawsuit.

Talking with a witness this afternoon, I found out that the fact that Westbrook fielded a car over the past six years, despite what the plaintiff is suing Wms Grove Speedway for $6,000,000 citing dangerous conditions? Ironically this fact is inadmissable before the jury trial; also from a spectator's perspective, the "Pink Haired Lady" was observed as a somewhat Hostile witness, which comes as no suprise.................

Releases are for insurance purposes, not legal matters...I can't see any senerio that Mr. Westbrook would not win this case...
