I've gone back and read your criteria for developing this list and I've got one question for the board as I know you will answer the question in the 15 days.
Where do you rank Steve Kinser? Huge Kinser fan here but the way he has performed the past 2 years would make me question a top 15 ranking. If past success is a factor, he would be #1. Realistically, that's not the case at this point in time. I don't know how much his lack of success the last couple of years is due to him slowing down, cars not as good, change in tires or some other reason.
And this isn't to write Steve off. I still think he can park it in victory lane any given night. Some of his nights are just so far off though it makes me wonder what's up.
Here's to dreaming of one last Knoxville Nationals win for the King!

Unless he's unrated, he's higher than Jason Meyers.

I will tell you that Steve Kinser is ranked. This is where it gets difficult. His past resume is off the charts, while his current performance, what I consider the last two years, is very sub-par. Kinser is one of those guys you have to weigh it out and try and be as thorough as you can.
But he is a difficult case. As is Meyers and other guys.
