Will they be utilizing the Outlaw format this year...?
Will there be multicar or single car TT's...?
Will there be a dash or will they use an inversion pill or draw individual pills for the cars making the inversion...?

World of Outlaws format. Invert 16 in time trials to heats. Four heat winners and top four in TT that qualified go to invert. No dash. Pill pulled. If not enough cars — less than 32 — for four heats, it will be three heat winners and five drivers from TT.
