The A Scramble is right. The B Scramble would be the C Scramble you have listed and the C Scramble might be the following:
29 Jacobs W20 Wilson
13L Dobmeier 15P Potter
7K Jacobs D1 Henderson
2 Jackson 6F Felmlee
13 Brahmer 41 Johnson
I'm pretty sure that the top 50 are locked in for points and then after that position 51 would start on the pole of the first Non-qualifier heat, followed by 56 in the points on the outside of the front row and then 61 inside row two and so on .
Again, I'm not positve, but that is the format they have always used in years past.

The format says NQ Heats are 61-100 straight up based on Points.
We will see soon enough how off I am. : )

That's great that they are having less cars in the non-qualifier this year. That will be less laps on the track and they will be able to get done sooner to get the track ready for the finale.
I'm really surprised they are still having the scrambles on a daytime track. I figured that they would just scrap those.

This is seemingly hard to work out from the Knoxville site.
You are correct in quoting 61-100 are the non-qualifiers as per the Knoxville site .
The confusing part is it also says the top 50 are locked in.
So what happens to cars 51-60 ...
It's got me ...

Top 10 in points are inverted for A scramble. 11-20 in points start straight up in those positions in A main. 21-30 in points are inverted for B scramble. 31-40 in points start straight up in positions 11-20 in B main Saturday. 41-50 in points are inverted for C scramble. 51-100 in points start straight up in heats and have to race way into rest of C main as well as D and E mains. 5 heats - top 2 go to C main, next 4 go to D main, next 4 go to E main.

21-31 in points are:
21 8K Kemenah, Chad Findley, OH 15.492 156 91 194 441 22 1X Hannagan, Randy Pittsboro, IN 15.247 190 79 168 437 23 7TW Wimmer, Brandon Fairmount, IN 15.296 184 79 174 437 24 18T Bruce, Tony Liberal, KS 15.165 156 91 184 431 25 21 Brown, Brian Grain Valley, MO 15.192 152 97 174 423 26 4 Smith, Danny Danville, IN 15.626 146 94 182 422 27 1HD Stewart, Shane Indianapolis, IN 15.352 174 91 156 421 28 22 Hodnett, Greg Thomasville, PA 15.661 140 94 184 418 29 11X Maier, Garry Lee Cimarron, KS 15.577 152 91 172 415 30 10K Kaeding, Tim Paradise, CA 15.352 134 94 186 414
reverse that order, and that should be the "B" scramble.
