With only 25 cars at Handford, and Ocean running KWS friday night before Calistoga Sat..

How many cars make the tow up to Calistoga?

I'm thinking 20 max.

If we only get 20 cars ,and there's no support class, then i'm thinking racing should be done by 9 pm.

Anybody think there's a chance for more cars?

When I first heard of this race, my prediction to my son was that this would be Tony's comeback race. We'll see if I'm right. Tony was the track record holder in the midget for a few years.

I think Rico will just have his buddy pitting for him.

However I could see Tony having the bass pro #14 towed across country to race at the awsome Calistoga 1/2 mile up in Napa where only a few will be lucky enough to see,and he has herd about the new serface. It will give him a good feel for Knoxville coming up plus who know's maybe Kasey will pit for him. These guys do love to have fun.

Plus doug Wolfgang will be there.

It's going to be a neat night anyway you look at it.

I would be very surprised if Tony made his comeback debut at Calistoga. Just from the simple fact that it has been a while since he has raced and to come right out of the blocks at a high speed place like 'Stoga seems a bit of a gamble to me, but maybe not. I guess we'll see.

I dont see Tony making his return to Sprint Cars @ Calistoga either especially after this weeks wreck in Indy Tire Testing.

Rico said on the R&R podcast that Kyle will be in attendance Saturday. Who comes with Kyle? I dont see Kyle jumping in a second Abreu Vineyards Car although would be a nice tune up for Trophy Cup and a nice to get reacquainted with Paul Silva. CGR looks like they have put a hold on Sprint Car Racing till the end of the season.

The KOW Facebook page has said they will have a lot of Kyle larson Giveaways as well.

Short drive for me roll down the mountain behind the track and come into Calistoga.

Also remember they are charging $6.00 to park this time which is new.

Larson siad last year it was his last trophy cup,and that is what inspired a little more out of him to get the win.

He's not running any open wheel cars until chili bowl.

Ask him at Calistoga.

I agree, Larson did state last years TC was probably his last for a while. also, you would have to be nuts to let this kids do anything but race stock cars right now. He is on the edge of possibly making NASCAR history and to do anything out of the ordnary to jepordize that would not be a smart buisness decision.
