Assuming you're talking about Tim Kaeding, it is correct that he has left the Roth Motorsports #83 World of Outlaw team, of which he was driving full-time on the 2014 Tour, citing personal reasons.
He has since taken over the vacant seat of the Tom Leidig owned Phoenix Racing #59 Sprint Car Team entry. The #59 had previously been piloted by David Gravel, who has now "swapped seats" with TK and has taken over driving duties for the Beef Packers #83 (and has already notched 2 wins in 4 starts with that team since TK's departure).
Since hiring Kaeding about a week ago, Tom Leidig recently suffered a heart attack and two strokes. He is currently is the ICU at Gardens Medical Center in Florida. Tom will undergo rehab for the strokes and a triple bypass as soon as he is stabilized. Kaeding is currently sidelined as the team awaits Tom's recovery and is able to field the car in competition. Apparently, Tom's spirits are high and he has insisted on watching WoO races in his hospital room, as reported by Team Dirt Dog on FB.
Thoughts and prayers to Tom Leidig on a full and speedy recovery! Can't wait to see TK hit the clay again and get the "W" for Tom.
