Hello Sprint Car Fans!!!
We have finalized planning for the 2014 race season at Knoxville Raceway.
A few changes this year you may want to take note of:
1. We have switched streaming providers. So if you have old URLs tabbed in your browser you will need to update those.
2. We now have Mobile Apps specific for each of our radio stations... Android & Apple compatible... so if you were using a 3rd party app to listen over a mobile device before (like TuneIn, etc) those links or streams in those apps are probably out of date (we have no control over those)
3. We will air Live Trackside and Racenights Live on KNIA ONLY... (in previous years it was on KRLS & KNIA). Why the change??? Well, we have added a new FM band for KNIA... so you can now get KNIA at 1320 AM and 95.3 FM... as well as the KNIA App and desktop streaming player (just search KNIA in your app store) KRLS will have regular programming on 92.1 KRLS (and it's resepctive live stream)
4. Here is the new URL for streaming KNIA (and all racing events we broadcast) http://rdo.to/knia If you try opening this URL in a mobile device it will prompt you to download the appropriate App for your device!
5. We will archive our streams of Live Trackside and Racenights Live (like we always have)... but they will not be inside our web browser. They will be hosted on / in our Streaming Player and the Apps... click around and find the "On Demand" section fo the player and you'll find the latest broadcasts. As usual, they will be available until the next race night... Give us some time to get these uploaded, we upload them right after the race ends... but it takes them some time to hit the server (because of file size... after all it's usually a 4 hour broadcast)
6. Inside the desktop Streaming Player, there is a way for you to chat with each other while you are listening. Click around, and you'll find it!

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up as to what is going on, so you are not scrambling on Saturday nights!!!
