all about the same...multiple ways to go, all will take about an hour and 20 minutes on a saturday afternoon/early evening
i'd like to goto both but fairly certain i'm going to miss late model heats at htown unless they run a support class or two first or lincoln runs their program in an hour and a half

I'm not certain of the order of events at Hagerstown but, Lincoln should be through by three thirty without any major issues...
