I should have all the heat races uploaded and posted in the next 24 hours (hopefully).
The next big race is in 2 days (wednesday), a rerun of the rained out meeting from December 26th, then again on Saturday. The following weekend is the very big 2 night SCOTT DARLEY MEMORIAL race meeting on January 17th and 18th and I will be at the track filming all these races.

WORLD DERBY HEAT RACES (from nights 1 and 2)
Heat 1: Brad Sweet, Robbie Farr, Sammy Walsh, Kraig kinser, all on the gas. Troy David and Lynton Jeffrey had a big crash that ended their weekend.

Heat2: Ian Madsen, Max Johnston, Ben Atkinson and Dale Blaney were going hard, Justin Henderson caught fire, Max Johnston went over on his side.

Heta 4: Sydney's Darryl Campbell, Alex Orr, Grant Tunks and James Thomspon racing hard with South Australian Trevor Green an Western Australia's Carl Dowling who went a little wide on turn two.

Heat 5: Max Johnston and Justin Henderson raced hard together, out to make amends after a bad start on night one. Brad Sweet and Ben Atkinson were running just as hot also.

Heat 6: Abbott, Walsh and Tunks put on some awesome racing going three wide off turn two and still going three wide off turn four and up the front straight. Western Australia's Carl Dowling had checked out and raced off while Queensland's Robbie Farr was trying hard to chase them all down. Sorry, there is a mistake on this video. The 92 is SAMMY WALSH, not CARL DOWLING as it says on the video, sorry Sammy and Carl.

Heat 7: Daryl Campbell and Alex Orr were putting on a great race at the front with Dale Blaney behind them while Ian Madsen and Marty Perovich were putting on a great race behind that.

Was that Skip Jackson handing Steve the trophy in the first video? Anyone know how Skip is? I know he had a cancer diagnosis a few years back. Hope he's doing well now!

Yes, that's Skip Jackson, he is handing all the sprintcar trophies out here over the International Season, not sure about his health though.

AUSTRALIAN SPRINTCAR GRAND PRIX HEATS... January 8th
HEAT 1: Toby Bellbowen made his return after suffering damage to his eye from a big crash late last year and was chomping at the bit to get his foot down. Peter Bourke had the foot down, as did Kraig Kinser in a heat race that also had Justin Henderson, Kyle Caunt and Brad Sweet.

HEAT 2: Heat 2 started with James Thompson flipping between turns 1 and 2. Trevor Green, Lynton Jeffrey and Dale Blaney dominated in a heat that also had Brooke Tatnell.

NSW CHAMPIONSHIP - Heat Race Highlights.
There's a shot at 5:08 that I've been trying to get all season long. I've almost got it a few times but I think I got it perfect this time and on Kraig Kinser's car as well. It shows what a tyre does through a turn, and I've slowed it down, seen others film it and wanted to film it myself, finally got it. Hopefully just the first of many like this.
