The website that brought you todays premier NE Dirt Modified Fantasy League, www.dickdragonmotorsports.com, is now introducing their brand new Sprint Car Fantasy League for a February 2014 launch. 2014 will be year 4 for the websites Dirt Mod League, after having a very successful 3 year run, we have decided to launch a 360/410 Winged Dirt Sprint Car Fantasy League, in addition to the Dirt Mod League. The 2 leagues are seperate but play by the same rules. It is very easy to play along, each league has 6 Driver Groups, each player will choose 1 driver from each group. Once each leagues first race takes place (early Feb), all teams are locked for the entire season. NO WEEKLY PICKS TO WORRY ABOUT!! Your team of drivers score points by attending the scheduled events. So you must pick wisely! The Sprint Car League will include the entire 2014 WoO schedule, the entire ASCoC 2014 schedule, most of the ASCS National Tour 2014 schedule, a handful of NE Sprint Car races from ESS/URC/PSG, etc... The schedule will also include all major unsanctioned events throughout the country, events like the Trophy Cup @ Tulare, the Canadian Sprint Car Nationals from Ohsweken, the Cole Cup @ Utica Rome Speedway, etc... It will most definitely be a very diverse, extensive & challenging schedule. We are currently working on collecting prize donations from vendors, tracks & competitors alike, in addition to prize $$$. More announcements will be forth coming. The cost to play all season in the league is $25 for 1 team, $50 for 3 teams, $75 for 5 teams or $100 for 8 teams. We always encourage players to gather their racing friends & family together to enter as a group so you can pool your money together for a cheaper & more enjoyable experience. Its always fun to trash talk with your pals lol! Raymond Karr used to run a similiar deal about a decade ago but sadly it faded away due to a lack of interest. I would be curious as to how many teams you have signed up at this point. I wish you well but think it's going to be a tough deal for ya'....

As of tonight I have 20 teams turned in with a little over a week before the 2/6 deadline. I expect many others to come along in the next few days. In 2013, the 3rd year for my NE style Dirt Mod League, which of course is a very regional division, I had 144 teams. I fully expect to at least match, if not better that this year. So I know I will do just fine with the Sprint Car League in due time. Sprint Cars are much more of a national class, with me pounding the internet, phones, twitter, fb, etc..., with national drivers participating & the help of Dirt Dog Gear, this league is sure to take off. Once this league is established, I will look at starting a Late Model League & possibly a Wingless Sprint/Midget League, but first I need to get this off the ground. I have many prizes lined up for both the Mod League & the Sprint Car League so far & the list grows every day!!! I have worked extremely hard to make these 2 leagues the best in each respective division & I will continue to do that as we move forward. Its alot of fun to do & its very easy to play along. For $25 & an entire season of fun, how can one go wrong! Most people will spend more than that in one week on smokes, alcohol or lottery tickets. Why not give it a try? I would love to have some hoseheads regulars give it a shot. Sign up deadline for the Sprint League is 2/6 & the Dirt Mod League is 2/19.
