Anyone go to the Heartland Auto Racing Show and Auction this past weekend at HyVee Hall in DesMoines?
I walked by the windows on our way to the Iowa Wild Hockey Game Saturday and the display area looked pretty barren, hope they didn't lose their shirt on the event. Lots of modifieds and late models on display....

I went to this show. They had several booths that were interesting: Lajoie of Seats, Simpson. The auction did not have a lot of interest and there was no flow between the auction and the show. At other venues, it seems that the auction and the show feed off of each other.
If you were not in a market for a new modified, it really reduced the number of vendors for you to see.
