Watching these guys knock one another out of the race makes me wonder about the record for fewest cars still running at the end of a Nascar event. Of course I'd be bummed if I were a paying customer but I sometimes think it would be hilarious to see perhaps one car still running when the checkered flag falls, especially if it was an anonymous 'field tagger' who otherwise wouldn't have a prayer of winning a race.

Nope, didn't make it. Did the yellow and red flags have to be replaced due to excessive wear?

Friday night was so caution-marred, they had to bring out the competition red for fuel! Didn't think I would see it again so soon (I remember a fuel stop at Placerville some point earlier in the season, possibly during the Tribute to Al Hinds).
