What the stats don't tell is that dry, windy conditions made it a bit of choo choo show, but Faas and Stockon chased Dave around assertively in the first 30 laps, and Clauson did likewise in the final five or so, and had his front wheels at Dave's rears at the wire, at least. That and the Bud girls were the best I think I've ever seen anywhere.

The windy conditions was on Firday not Saturday.

Weather was great Saturday.  The main events to me were not dry, but rather the opposite.  Heavy, fast race tracks with mostly single file racing.  The top looked treacherous.  The white smoke coming off the right rears in the main, I think was moisture and not actually smoke.  The track had too much moisture in it for the mains.  The B main on Friday was dry slick, with cars up against the wall.  I would rather have a track like the B main on Friday, that what I saw in the mains.  But the PAS crew tried to make it better, just didn't work out.
