As usual, a local on Night 1 (giving people false hope that Schatz won't pull it off again), and as always, Schatz on Night 2.

If they only use the water trucks to destroy the cushion between races all night, its certainly possible.
Luna's Ford engine style that won 2 WoO titles and 3
Kings Royals before a weight rule against the best EVER
in their prime and now DOMINATES super dirt late model
racing is no longer allowed/wanted in a WoO sprint
car.... Was Luna a miracle worker?

What a great win it would be if Fast Freddie took the checkers. And guess what, most of the Outlaws would have no problem with it, he is admired and respected that much by them. Here's hopin'....

Schatz knows he's has to win this weekend, and the only track he runs better at is Knoxville. He will be very hard to beat. The 9 with Pittman after 4 years running here will be fast too. Not much of a prediction I guess. Locally, Id love to see the 20s or 69k make it happen and both are fast enough and absolutely wiley enough to get it done. It'll still take a perfect night. That said, even with the team shutting down soon, the 39 with Lee on the wrenches is always faster when the WoO shows up. 39 Friday, 15 Saturday. Wouldn't mind being wrong for both.

I saw his first Outlaw win at Canyon Speedway when they were running that Slick 50 winter series there and man, that was a lifetime ago. "here's hopin".
Half the lies they tell about me aren't true.

I'll be there. Look for the sheep in the campground behind turn 3. Stop by for a beer or 3.

First national open. First time really camping out for a big sprint race on the east coast. looking forward to it. though it would be nice to see fast freddie go out in style and/or Joey Saldana finally find a big win this season. I feel the posse is going to steal the show. Come have a beer or 2. Look for the big red truck with the "Blackshirts" flag!

I wouldn't mind a Pittman win.
Though as far as who I'd _want_ to see win, (and this should have been obvious), I'd like to see the 1Z finish the business that the 51B left unfinished last National Open.
I'm not insane enough to think that can actually happen, though.

Outlaws are as overrated as ever. Twice as many Posse teams capable of winning.

Lol, atta boy Cubes, keep it interesting.
I actually think Cubesy might have something here. Of the 13 full time teams, only the top 3 (15, 9 and 51) are fast coming into it. Darrah and Sammy might have something, but it would be an upset if they win.
I'd bet money on Schatz, but could easily be a Posse weekend.
