No surprise there. He's been running the Late Model around home whenever he can so he's gaining a lot of experience in the class. Up in there parts a driver can run a Late Model just about every night of the week and there are some big paying shows. River Cities will be hosting the John Seitz Memorial on September 6 and that one pays $9,200 to the winner after car #92 that Seitz drove. Cedar Lake has their $50,000 to win USA Nationals every year and there are $5000-$10000 shows scattered all over this area throughout the season. We could be seeing a retirement plan in the making.

Listed as the #19 car. Think thats the Sprinter from Northern Mn owned by the Layton family. No regular driver.

Donny Schatz indicated at Knoxville that he has no plans to leave the Sprint Car division. Don't get your hopes up; he will be at the Knoxville Nationals for years to come.
