Sheesh it's a good thing that Larson kid or anyone from Cali wasn't there or they would have all been racing for 2nd.

We shouldn't mention ol DD getting passed by a modified driver last night before he got wrecked by the 07.
Also, didn't see any Outlaws in the field, though it is a possibility they were racing under aliases. Possibly Dick Spadaro, Warren Alexson and Brad Howard are really Schatz, Pittman and Dollansky in disguise. In any case, truly a win to be proud of. haha

Now come on moron, did he beat any Outlaws, racing against the Sisters of the Poor doesn't count. I mean no offense to Tim S and Dale B. either. He has gone to Lernerville two years in a row now and been buried in the B, which it appears is about right, not sure why. Nice try, but as usual it really is weak like the rest of your BS. A good example of the clueless Posse fan, luckily there are many Posse fans who get it, they just aren't dumb enough to post in this forum....

Did Danny pass any cars or was his win once again the luck of the draw starting on the pole of each event?

A win is a WIN!!!
How would handicap starting effected the outcome of the WOO series over the years?
That my friend is the $64 question that Circus Lovers cannot answer!

Why all of the hate in the room? Sprint car racing is for our entertainment, not for anyone to bash wheo everyone roots for to win. Good for DD winning outside of his porch, did he beat the outlaws? No, but these "sisters of the poor" as you say are out there having fun doing what most of us dream of doing. The outlaws are paid to win, all across the country. Like NASCAR or Indy, they are paid to be the best. That's what make it special when they do actually get beaten whether in Pa or Cali or in the Midwest. Fans come out to the Woo shows to see top class racing and that chance a local can pull out an upset. Every track that you can still enter the pits at every trailer is packed with fans, locals and travelers alike. Those are true fans who respect even the small teams who give it the best they can. Even top local drivers just don't have funding to travel the way they want. I doubt any around he country are scared of the outlaws, who wouldn't want to race against the best. So how about we just respect the fact we get to watch our favorite drivers all around the country and hope more and more tracks don't close and more and more teams fold up, then none of us will have a place to go and drivers won't have a place to race.

Good post, couldn't agree more. Some people here take this stuff way too serious, just enjoy we get to watch what I believe to be one of the greatest forms of motorsport in the world.

The post was about DD winning an ASCoC race in New York...that's the 'truth'. You haters are always complaining about the Posse never leaving the porch, then when thay do and win..you can't handle it!! It's never enough with you guys. That's the 'truth'!

Somebody with a first post and somebody with a second post commenting on something that has been a part of this forum for over 15 years, sorry you don't get it. Isn't there a tree in your front yard that needs hugging? Railfan another newbie that is clueless about this ancient debate, dang. If you aren't sure what it's about then why get involved unless you're sitting there in your cheerleaders outfit with your pom poms. Not travelling much when you're known as the Posse is very ironic in the sense that the defintion of a Posse is to chase the bad guys. This Posse is basically a porch dwelling kind that occasionally will chase the All-Stars NOT the Outlaws off the porch, there is a big difference and what the point has been based on for some time now, sorry you don't get the drift....

And that's where your WRONG....the definition, in this case, of Posse is, was and always has been ( thanks to Jack Gunn who coined the term) defending the home turf. Used as an advertising tool to drum up local interest. It's people outside of central Pa who don't understand the history and think the Posse should be chasing the outlaws hither and yon....if they did that, they wouldn't be LOCALS!! I've been following sprint car (and before that jalopy) racing for 48 years...hardly a newbie to the sport. Have been reading this forum for years, just started posting a few years ago, hence the 'newbie' term. Still waiting for the plethora of names of non-Posse 'locals' who have been following and beating up on the Outlaws!!

just happens to be a "modified driver" that has become quite fast in a sprint car lately.....or, as kenny woodruff use to say..."a racecar driver is a racecar driver" for more information on this topic, please google billy pauch.
