Everyone needs to watch footage from Lernerville to see what proper clay, water, cushion etc can do. Stop skating around using the wall for a cushion and allow true talent, passion and horsepower to rise to the top.
Luna's Ford engine style that won 2 WoO titles and 3
Kings Royals before a weight rule against the best EVER
in their prime and now DOMINATES super dirt late model
racing is no longer allowed/wanted in a WoO sprint
car.... Was Luna a miracle worker?

Lincoln has been the best prepared race track around here all year long Mummert. The feature race for the 410's at the start last week was a second a lap faster than it has been in the last month long. Low 15's. Finished in the mid 16's. Not bad for a summertime condition & 30 couple 358's & thundercars to boot.

Track had help from Mother nature. How would it have been without the rain delay.......That is the Question?

You're picking the wrong track to bash. Lincoln has been pretty awesome most every week. JMO

Lernerville would've been junk by the start of the first A Main if not for the rain. You can about take that to the bank. That is partly Lernerville's fault, partly WoO's fault, and partly the high temperature's fault. I think the rain helped a ton. The surface was fantastic all night. Look at the starting positions next to the finishes in the 2nd feature. There was a ton of passing going on all over the place.

The surface at Lincoln has been great the last 2 weeks. You don't want a track to be too heavy or it will be single file around the cushion.
