I read that the fire was close to your area. I pray you and yours are all okay.
19 Firefighters lost...what a tragedy. I just heard on the news the fire is "zero contained!"
I LEARNED ESP FROM MY MOM
"PUT YOUR SWEATER ON: DON'T YOU THINK I KNOW WHEN
YOU'RE COLD?"

There the Granite mountain hot shot's and they were between Yarnell and peoples Valley. I'm holding my breath as I know a couple of those guys because some stayed in the dorms at my College when they were started out or improving their skills. A good close nit group of young men that I still see around and talk to...........
Fire science http://www.yc.edu/academics/degrees-and-certificates/ I'm a mile above Golwater lake off old Senator Hwy and so far so good up this way.
Half the lies they tell about me aren't true.

I am certain that many people are not aware of the perils to which these folks are exposed . . . most people are also unaware of the fact that by far, most EMS workers (men & women) are volunteers . . . they take time away from their families, put their lives at risk; all of us (or a member of one of our families) at some point in time, will be the recipient of an EMS agency, their efforts & personal sacrifice. God speed to them.
