The family and I are driving to Chicago(from MN) and stopping by LaSalle for the race on Friday. Any advice on seating? Parking? How many cars do you expect and who? I know it has been a couple years since the WOO was there, but any suggestions would be appreciated. Looking forward to a good show. Thank you in advance.

Long sleeve shirts, goggles and a breathing apparatus. ,,,,,,,,, Every Outlaw show that I have gone to there (and there have been many), that place has dusted up so bad that you can not see the cars through the debris by the end of the feature. Get up high and pray for a stiff wind to help clear the way! (cover your beverage) Have fun at the show, which is the most important part.

We'll be making our first trip to LaSalle on Friday. Weather is looking great and hoping for a good field of cars. Brian Brown, Billy Balog, Jason Johnson, and James McFadden should all be there and I would hope a few more MOWA, IRA, and Knoxville teams would show up to compete.
I love sprint cars on the bullrings, so definitely looking forward to Friday!

Sit up as high as you can in section A,B or C. they tell you where to park it's not too bad getting in or out. There should be a good number of cars and a good show if no one knocks the catch fence down.I hope the place sells out.Have fun!

Skybox seat would be awesome mbers1. Of course I generally don't make it to the end of any dirt race when the track gets dusty. Some unfortunately are worse then others. Lasalle should put on a good show Friday Night.

I can deal with dust as long as the racing is good. Does LaSalle ever get rubbered up? That's always my biggest fear when travelling to go to shows. There's a few places that were major disappointments because of the track taking rubber and making one lane racing. The youtube clips I've watched make this palce look pretty decent surface wise. Is that a fair assesment?

I went to the Bill Waite Jr. Memorial last year. The track was nice but you are talking the WOO here. To me it didn't look like there was a bad place to set. I was at the top just to the right of the flagstand.

I would say that is a fair assessment. I really don't recall LaSalle getting that dusty. It has nice banking and is normally a good surface to run on. I'm really looking forward to a race close to home (1 hour) so I am kind of biased. I don't think we will be disappointed.
