Solwold 14th in his debut. Hummmm.

It hurts to see Steve continually be a back marker.

I'm glad I got to see many of his "whipuns'" he put on the field for many years. I want to remember that.

Thanks PaPosse20s. You are doing a favor for fans of this sport whether all of them realize it or not.

I check up on the sport that I am obsessed with every night before bed and it is nice only having to check one website.

Of course I could go to the Outlaws official site. I love the Outlaws, they are the Major League of sprint cars, BUT I try my darndest not to support WRG in any form.

Also I could follow a bunch of drivers on twitter. Did that for a while but it just has a voyeurism feel to me. I realized I don't want to know drivers that well. It works better to just imagine that all of the drivers you are cheering for are super cool, intelligent, stand-up guys (except for Sammy of course). Often the updates on twitter only have numbers, but you give names. We all know that Kinser is 11and Schatz is 15 but it is hard to keep track of the less famous ones.

One day you will stop giving us your time and effort (for free) and folks like me will miss it.

Thank you also for the updates Pa.. even though I was there tonight, its nice to go back now and read about the whole night lumped into one thread..

Heat races were kinda follow the leader, but heat 3 and 4 were definitely racier than 1 and 2. It looked like there was some hope for a decent feature by the end of heat 4...

Great Leffler tribute by Natalie "Speed" Sather.

Missing Man formation during the 4 wide in honor of Leftturn..

Very emotional speech by Donnie Schatz in victory lane regarding the loss of Jason Leffler on Wednesday.

Daryn Pittman was very respectful of his fellow competitors, and his shortcomings this year..

Dollansky and Swindell went at it like they were racing for a sponsorship! It was a great battle for the p3/4.

Some strange calls tonight, but I would guess that in their effort to try and get the show in, some decisions were made that wouldn't of ordinarily happened..

Track held up nice... Turn 2 is definitely different on top, as lots of guys had trouble staying on the track in turn 2, starting with time trials, and continuing throughout the night.

The micros looked like they were gonna be pretty racy on the new track also. I didn't quite understand the decision to send them packing at 9:30, when they could've ran their prelims and mains after the WoO finished up. Some of the guys drove a long, long ways in order to race in front of a WoO crowd.

For those that left when it started to sprinkle,,,, too bad, you missed a nice A Main.

MIA... McCarls...... and the flower pots on the front stretch.. coincidence? jk

Decent night at the track.. Mother Nature cooperated, and that helped Jackson get their first night of racing in for the season..
