I second that... this isnt just your typical hot streak either I think mister Gore might want to check and make sure that Jon being so hot right now isnt caused by global warming

The driving clinic he put on last night would certainly get a lot of votes! Guess that's the reason Owen Snyder was taking photos of his power plant at Gas City. Also the reason the A Main was 32 laps at Gas City Saturday Night. Had to make sure Levi could not get around him. And NSSN doesn't give him a power rating!?!?!?!?

I still wonder what Tony Stewart,Kasey Kahne, and the better financed teams think when the Plain Jane white car with no real signwriting on it goes by them all.............

I have watched Jon Stambrough for the last few years and am much impressed with his abilities. I have been watching Sprints for many years, Opperman , Weld Jud Larson, Gary B., Pancho, He definitly belongs in this quality group of drivers. Have fun at the races.=== Bud Hunnicutt

Can't remember seeing his car or hearing his name last week at Knoxville. Where did he end up finishing?

To the very misinformed dm99: Not wanting to have some fun out of your post but you've got some learning to do. Come on over to indianaopenwheel.com and discover the world of "traditional" sprint car racing!

Discover the world of traditional sprintcars? I live their. Will be at some Indy track tonite, maybe Larrysburg. IOW cracks me up-bunch of bandwagon fans. Couple years ago it was all Cottle, last year Clayton, and now Stanbrough.

I've always liked him & I live in winged country. Cool as hell when he damn near drove Yeley's ass down @ Limaland & did the next night @ Eldora a couple of years ago during the Buckeye Nationals.

Silly me for not detecting that bit of sarcasim *rolls eyes* I think most posters on every racing board share similar characteristics like bandwagoning. Hell look at this place it's T-Mac central and then some. Nothing against all you T-Mac fans (you know who you are ) I like them all.
I've never really said this to anyone but at times this modest boy likes to pride himself in that he knew who Clayton and Stenhouse were before the state of Indiana did. And the more I got into the wingless stuff the more I started paying more attention to their local heros. Just call me an old winged fan who wanted to check out something else.
Oh yeah Haubstadt RULES!
