just an idea that i have, nothing more. it seems as though the "talk" is about the team and how they are struggling. newman is not getting the job done IMO only.
or, how about in the danaricky green machine?
of course it is just an observation on my part, not fact!!!
what say ya'll? would it be a good fit?
Ascot was the greatest of all time..
West Capital wasn't half bad either..
Life is good...

Honestly, the Ganassi cars are better right now. The fact that a talent like Stewart is struggling tells me all I need to know about those cars. It would be a good fit for sprint car fans because I doubt Tony would be the owner to make Larson step out of sprint cars, but with Harvick coming over and the team struggling this badly, I have my doubts. Chip's a smart guy, he jumped on the bandwagon early knowing what talent Larson has and in this day and age of public media, I just dont see the situations like when Hendrick and Evernham snatched Gordon and Kahne from Ford happening again.
I'd rather Tony just come race sprint cars from here out instead, it's clearly been the highlight of his year.

The danaricky green machines will be there as long as she keeps bringing the Godaddy money. Danica is like Junior, marketing money is what keeps them in rides not performance. As long as Larson can stay in a Napcar ride that allows him to stay on racing sprint cars on occation I am ok with it.

Perhaps, Tony should spend more time tending to business and less time playing?

Their is a difference between what should happen and what will happen. What should happen is having a 3car team with Stewart, Newman (even thought he has not gotten it done he is a better alternative than Danica), and Harvick and they actually start building their own chassis. What will happen is they will have 3cars with Stewart, Danica, and Harvick and continue to buy chassis from Hendrick. Now i do not support the conspiracy that Hendrick is sabbotaging Stewart because they beat Hendrick in their own equipment a few years ago, but I do not think that you can take a new car and learn enough from it without building it yourself in Nascar. Too many variables going on.
If I were Tony though or any owner for that matter, I would be trying to sign Larson right now too for 2015. He has proven himself in everything that he has driven unlike some people who were brought up because others thought they had talent. I think it is between Larson and Chase Elliott as the go after prospects as far as Nascar goes.

Isn't Larson under contract to EGR for seven years. I heard he has some outs written in based not getting enough opportunities. Anyone else know any details? I'm sure Tony or Hendrick would love to have him and they all know he wants to run sprints and midgets.

Price tag is too high to let Larson out of his contract early, at least at this present time.

Why would anyone want to saddle Larson with Shit House Racing? At least with the way things are now. They have one driver in the top 20 now............. and he won't be with the team next year. Tony has turned into a whiny little bitch, Harvick has always been a punk and Danica...well sad to say Danica is just in the way.
Something really needs to turn around at SHR because what is going on now isn't very inviting.
I bet that 42 car is looking pretty good to Kyle.
P.S. You think Smoke would have the balls to get out and put Larson in the 14?

makes no sense for Stewart to fire Newman until Stewart no longer has 3 less top tens than Newman nor behind him in the points by over 20; obviously Newman is not the problem.

when did you get so high and mighty that you can't join into a hypothetical racing conversation.
i say larson is doing find with what he is doing.
if EGR has him locked up, and can honor their commitment to him. it is better than most the rest of us have been able to do.
what i really want to know is kyle making sure to get his mom some nice stuff. remember mom kyle.

probably because when i read the thread topic, I was tricked to believe there had been an announcement made. Instead, it's just a bunch of message board garbage about "my dream world would go like this". It gets old after awhile. But since I'm involved now, here is my $.02 : I wish someone would pay Kyle Larson $3,000,000/year (or whatever it would take) to never climb into a NASCAR sanctioned automobile ever again and concentrate on driving dirt cars for the rest of his career!

The Ganassi cars may be just a little better right now, but that's only for so long. Smoke will be back up at the front, but it may be awhile. Changing crew chiefs and then adjusting to a new car could set anyone back. I think people also forget that Carl Edwards was tied for the Cup championship during 2011, and what did he do last year? Things run in cycles for some teams, unless your the 48. I would love to see Larson go over to SHR, but I don't think Ganassi's dumb enough to let it happen.
