I'm trying to trace back the history of a red 1982 Nance sprint car chassis that has added side bars on the roll cage. The chassis came with a multi colored fuel tank that was used by #44 Mike Thurman from Missouri on his 1988 Oz car. These items were won on E-bay some time ago.by a gentleman from Pa. and was picked up in southern Indiana, not far from Kentucky.Not many Nance cars of this vintage had the side bars so I'm hoping that will be a clue someone will notice. Duke Cook ran a similar chassis but it was a couple years before this frame was built.If anyone remembers having a chassis like this from that tri state area, please contact me. thanks
