It's Cali 4 WoO 2 weather 1. McMahan is Cali all day. WoO can only claim him when he is not on his home track. (Chico. the first track Paul ever raced in a sprintcar)

McMahan is running full time with the Outlaws this year, thus making him WoO. Based on your logic, might as well claim Schatz as Dakota Posse.

We are not like PA. Cali claims only the guys who cut their teeth on our dirt tracks. If they move away to join the outlaws or cup, like McMahan, Hannagan, J. Gordon, Meyers, Sweet & Larson, they are still California.
Paul even said in his interview after winning Chico he was CA Posse.

Based on your logic, Stevie Smith, Cody Darrah and Lucas Wolfe are all Posse...yet PA isn't allowed to claim them...which is it?
It's all fun and games though.

But Paul's car is based out of PA so if he wins in pa is he going to be PA posse? How about a Tennessee Titan to solve all the problems.
