There hasn't been much talk about this race, the website hasn't been updated in weeks. Anyone have any updates and/or more details on the Jackson spring Nationals.

They lost power to 100% of the customers in Worthington but I do not know what the weather was in Jackson. Looking at the extended forecast for Jackson they're getting hit with that storm tonight and temps are under 50 through next week with some nights below freezing sprinkled in there including next Friday when they're showing 26.
I signed up for vacation on the 19th when the roster went around in February but probably will move that day to tomorrow on account of I"m recouping from shingles. I over spent on my Gibson SG anyways and had to buy another cell phone so all that along with unexpected co-pays for the dr visit and medication along with lost $$$ on the next check for the sick time. Not saying they're not going to race or trying to be negative but it's not for me this time and looks questionable a week in advance.
Hope they can get the show in though. We have all gotten cold and nearly blown off the map at the Jackson Spring Sprint Car special and we have loved every minute of it after suffering through six months of withdrawal.

It could have been worse. At least I didn't have to pay for delivery.

Weather channel forecast for Jackson shows light snow today and tomorrow with 37 & 36 for highs.
Sat 42/39, Sun 46/32 with showers, Mon 43/33, Tues 46/37, Wed 44/34 with showers, Thurs 47/32 cloudy and Friday April 19 50/37. I'm not going to speculate but that's not much time for this week's snow and ice to melt and things to dry up. Those cloudy days in the 40's with shows don't help. I'm not sure what their breaking point is down there but I've been there on some mighty cold nights. They always have a lot riding on this one so they'll do their best but there's only so much they can do.
