Brent Marks continues his assault on the Pennsylvania circuit and is on a mission this year. This was Brent's 2nd win of the young season and has yet to finish outside the top 10 this year. Keep an eye on the 19m this year.

It was the first time trial show in Central Pennsylvania, however it was a group time trial format. Jimmy Siegel was quick time and continues to have a nice start to the 2013 season as he racked up another top 10.

25 cars rolled through the gate and Port Royal had 28 cars for a combined total of 53 between the Central PA tracks. The only invader at Lincoln was North Carolina's Eric Riggins Jr, who once again was nothing but solid all night crossing the line a respectable 11th. As I'm sure you've heard Dave Blaney won at the Speed Palace.

Logan Schuchart drew the pole for the feature and looked poised to have a good run before getting caught up in rookie Ryan Slothower's mess on lap 3. The 2012 National Rookie of the Year tagged the rear and charged to 9th and was one of the fastest cars on the track.

Woes continued for 2012 WoO winner and track champion Danny Dietrich as he struggled his way to 19th quick and crossed the line 12th. Your guess is as good as mine as to why Danny is struggling so much. It started in Florida and has continued throughout the opening part of the Central PA season. After such a promising 2012, I hope he can get his program running to where he wants it to be.

Fred Rahmer was solid once again racking up another top 5 in his new ride.

Heat winners were Schuchart, Marks and Alan Krimes.

The only car to pass Marks all night was Robbie Kendall as he got lapped by Brent but proceeded to pass him back and get his lap back a few laps later.

Jason Leffler continues to look more and more comfortable behind the wheel of the Tom Buch 13 as he adjusts to the tough PA circuit.

That's all I've got for ya for a while now. I'll head back to Virginia until early May. Thanks all for the kind words, I will try and do this as much as possible once I am finished with school this year.

All 3 tracks run again next week.
