Steve, I enjoy IRA sprint car racing. Hope everyone has a great, exciting and SAFE 2013 season. My question is about Kyle Larson--he'll be racing in the NASCAR Nationwide race at Road America (in Elkhart Lake, WI) on Saturday June 22nd. IRA is racing Friday night June 21st in Oshkosh, WI. Oshkosh is about an hour drive from Rd Am so I'm wondering if there is a possibility that Kyle might race with the IRA in Oshkosh? If that would be possible I'm sure his racing there would draw a big crowd. Can it or will it happen?? Hope so !!!!!

I'd like to see this too, but feel it's not likely. I'm sure he could find a ride, but finding a quality ride could be a problem. The best cars in Wisco all have steady drivers and I doubt he would go out of his way at this point to get into a marginal ride to go and race with the IRA on a NASCAR weekend. But who knows, right? Considering Oshkosh is a Friday night deal, maybe he could get a Knoxville team, or something along those lines, to pull up for a one-off deal for the night. I'll be going regardless, so if he makes it, I'll just consider it a bonus!

There is no more 83D, just the 83....The D got removed.
I tell it like I see it.

On a flip to this post, June 22nd Nationwide is at Road America. June 23rd, USAC midgets are at Angell Park. Wouldn't be surprised at all to see him in a Kunz car Sunday night!

No problem. I don't know if he will be running there or not. Just a hunch. However, that midget show should be a dandy either way as its co sanctioned with Badger, POWRi and USAC

Someone would have to offer up a ride, kind of like Todd Hepfner did for Sammy a few years ago @ Wilmot. I'd love to see him race again here in WI. Saw him race the silver crown car at the mile a couple summers ago the night before the Indy race.

Anyone who has really good equipment would have to have a screw loose to not offer him a ride. Hey, Mike Kertscher might be super busy that weekend because of Nationwide being at Road America. There's a high quality ride...
Ok, I'm done dreaming for now
