I noticed the Las Vegas race is $30 for 2 nights while the season pass is $69. They do not show any schedule. Does anyone know how many races will be video cast. Guessing tracks like Knoxville and Eldora will have there own webcast. Not sure why dirtvision would sell season webcast if they do not have "ANY" schedule other than Las Vegas. Any help would be appreciated.

The way it has worked in the past was: You pay for the season pass which covers about 1/3 of the outlaw races. About 1/3 of the races are audio only (free) shows. And the last 1/3 are special ppv events, like Florida, Vegas, Eldora the Goldcup speedweek, the World Finals and a few others. I hope this helps.

I hear they have new software so no more buffering or glitches. I would try it out, but it looks like I won't get to watch DV until after the WoO Cali races.

If youguys from the old dv chat have a private chat somewhere let me know> the woo chat doesn't cut it for me.

The old chat(s) slowly became a trainwreck thanks to a few total childish idiots ... but the "new chat"/Live Race Notes is basically just an extremely boring/bland/whitebread PR tool... IMHO. Seems like there could be a "happy medium" developed/implemented ... but not holding my breath here...

Phil,

Regarding the new chat format. It looks like if you just sign in or log in thru Facebook, your post needs to go thru approval before it is posted. But then it looks like if you post from Twitter, it pops right up on the screen, bypassing the moderators? It has to almost be that way, with the things that were posted in the last few laps. Id guess you seen them. They didnt stay up long, but nonetheless, they appeared, and were very similar to what the old room had to deal with, only now, the posters arent hiding under any alias.

Your thoughts?

Phil, you're too kind. It reminds me of what we would call some in school...."kiss ups!"

Not sure how it works since I post via/signed in to my twitter and my comments rarely make it thru in a timely fashion... unlike a few during the feature that definitely should not have... ... however it works - it ain't working for me. And that's unfortunate because interacting with other fans at home while listening or watching the WoO on DV was a big plus back in the "good ole days".

It was great watching the video and chating live with other fans at the same time. Now I feel like something is missing. I post on the woo page and only one out of five make the board two minutes after I send it.

I think a universal live chat is what we need. One that any sprintcar fan can chat on 24/7 for situations like this, the live Knoxville races, ascs races or the Americans up durring the Austrailian races in the middle of the night.

I know not everyone will be model chaters but the majority of the people out there are.

Hey there everyone! The $69.99 package covers everything after DIRTcar Nationals through the 2013 season. Our full schedule is not yet posted, but it included approximately 15-20 World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car events, and a handful of Super DIRTcar Series and Late Model events as well including the Firecracker 100 and the World Finals. It does include the Vegas broadcast, so if you plan on tuning in throughout the season, the season pass would be your best value. It will most likely include events at Lernerville Speedway, Williams Grove Speedway, Silver Dollar Speedway, Calistoga Speedway, and other tracks along those lines. If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us via email at [email protected]! Our schedule should be posted on the website within the next two weeks.
