great racing on that fast ass track.. the wingless was pretty exciting even with the 10 cars that raced.. and the winged main event had me on the edge of my seat.. with andy greg and sean becker racing close then when greg broke tarlton and becker along with every one else put on a exciting night... i just think how much more eciting it would have been if forsberg could have made the call.. anyways thanks again paul great race track and i will see you guys in 2 weeks for the civil war.. o and ps. thanks stockton 99 dirt track for holding your practice night the same day as a another track is running close by,, if you all work and communicate together you sure could help each other and have a great car count .. just my opionion though

I believe Stockton had an open track practice for any and all classes to attend, not just sprint cars. There were 5 or sprint cars there, including Brad Furr, Jason Statler, Shane Golobic and Craig Stidham, none of whom would have raced at MRP. Getting laps on a track that hosts the WoO in a few weeks and a KWS race later in the year gave these teams a leg up and they took advantage to do so. I don't think the practice had any impact on car count at MRP.
